Payment:

Delivery 

Worldwide shipping.

All items are sent with Postnord as long as possible.

You can also choose to pick up your order at Susanna Isaksson Art, Mysinge Backe 4 in Malmberget, Sweden.

Delivery time: Allow 1-3 weeks for the preparation and shipping of your new artwork.

Susanna Isaksson Art is not responsible for any delays during the shipping process.

The buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

It is the customer's responsibility that the address and contact details are correct.

Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied, send an email to susannaisaksson@hotmail.com where it is clear that you regret it. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it.

When I have received the item in good condition, the money is paid back. The customer is responsible for shipping for both purchases and returns. Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.

Guarantee

Please note that the colors may deviate slightly from the original image due to different calibration of the screen.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective. Always contact me before returning an item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
